I’m renting out a bright and comfortable double room in my home in Abbey Wood (SE2).

The house is clean and well looked after, with a brand-new kitchen and bathroom, plus a shared living/dining area. At the moment, I live here together with one student, so the room would be ideal for a female aged around 20–30.

It’s generally a calm home, but we’re also social — sometimes we cook and have dinner together, and because we’re spontaneous, those evenings can occasionally turn into a few drinks and nice conversations 🍷🙂
There is no TV, but we have a projector, so from time to time we also have movie nights 🎬

The bus that goes directly to the university is just 1 minute from the house.
