Single room in a friendly 3-bed flat

You’d be sharing a three-bed flat with two friendly girls. The flat has two washrooms none of the rooms are ensuite (one full bathroom and one half), so mornings are pretty easy.

We’re on the 1st floor, with direct access to a shared patio from the living room. It’s a lovely spot, and you’ll often see people walking their very cute pets outside. The rooftop view is also a big plus — we even saw the Northern Lights from here in 2024!

Location-wise, it’s super convenient, a large Sainsbury’s is right next door, and the station is only a 2-minute walk. There’s also plenty of green space nearby, a wood about 15 minutes away, and a lovely park with a lake (and horses!) just a 10-minute walk.

Bills aren’t included, but as a rough guide:

Council tax (Greenwich) is usually around £67 per person

Water: £20 per person

Electricity & heating vary by season, roughly £10–£25 per person

Deposit: 750

The house dynamics is very friendly and respectful, we love having morning chats and occasionally going out for dinner/movies.

I absolutely loved this flat and my flatmates, and have been living here for 2.5 years. I'm only leaving cause I'm leaving the UK.
