I’m looking for a friendly and responsible person to share a recently renovated home with me. The house is calm, clean, and comfortable, and I’d love to find someone who enjoys living in a well-kept space and treats it with care.

The room is in a 3-bed house (I live in one of the rooms, one to rent, and the 3rd room is an office/guest room). The house has been recently renovated with a comfortable living room, a large and modern kitchen, a family bathroom upstairs, and a guest toilet downstairs.

It’s about 10 minutes from Abbey Wood station. From the station, you can reach Canary Wharf in 11 minutes, Liverpool Street in 20 mins and Bond Street in 28 mins. Although based in zone 4, the location is as convenient as zone 2 due to Elizabeth, with the added benefit of a quieter and safer environment.
You can pick up groceries easily from the Lidl across the road (3mins), or the Sainsbury superstore (<10mins). And the GP and dentist clinics are 5 mins away. There are also parks nearby if you enjoy a good run in the fresh air.

I am a tech startup founder with long working hours, occasionally WFH. In my free time, I enjoy having small gatherings and hanging out with friends. I go to the gym regularly and enjoy racket sports and outdoor activities. Occasionally, I play instruments, paint and make pottery.
