Room For Rent

I have a room for rent that has a single bed that can also take a double bed if preferred and enough space for keeping things. There are two shelves on the wall opposite each other. There's satellite cable that you can plug your TV into. There's a bathroom and toilet next door and a corridor before the kitchen. The place is secure with gates and is fitted with security camera. This is suitable for anyone in need of a place to stay if they work or study. Council tax and water bill is covered by the landlord. Tenants contribute £50 each for electricity and gas. The rent doesn’t include the bills that tenants pay for by themselves. The rent will likely be £500 with a new tenant. I am moving out and looking for someone interested in taking it over. I will take £400 plus £50 for bills for one month duration. After that, it will very likely be reviewed upwards £500 pcm.
