I live here with my 3yo who goes to nursery full time, and I'll also be returning to university as a full-time student. Most days we will be back home by 6/7pm.
So ideally you are quiet, clean after yourself (a must), don't mind children (she is very friendly but won't bother you) and are independent.
Other than that, we are very chill :)
