Entire floor (two rooms) with private bathroom

Hi, we are a friendly family of five (parents and three girls) who are sharing our time between the UK and Germany. We are looking for a kind and considerate professional or student (preferably female) who would like to rent our newly converted loft space and would be willing to help looking after the house and garden when we aren't there. Most of the time it would be just one or two of us staying at the house at one time.

We would also consider a couple or two females at a slightly higher rate.

The loft floor consists of two rooms (one larger and one smaller) and a private bathroom, with a total area of approximately 25 sqm. The price (1200 Pounds excl. bills) is for both rooms for rent to a single female occupant. (1500 for couples or two friends)

The rooms have been newly converted and can be furnished to suit your needs. The kitchen and living room are shared. There's a good-sized garden as well with garden furniture. The velux windows offer a stunning view over SE London.

The semi-detached house is situated on a quiet road near the caravan park in Abbey Wood, approximately a 12-minute walk from Abbey Wood station (Elizabeth Line). Green spaces are within walking distance (Lesnes Abbey & Bostall Woods)

A weekly cleaning service is included in the rent.
