-less than 10min walk to Abbey Wood station, (TFL zone 4): 5min to Woolwich, 15 min to Greenwich, 28min to London Bridge, 40min to Charing Cross. Trains every 8-10 min.
-2 min walk to the nearest bus stop: 177, 180, 469, N1( straight from Tottenham Court Road)
The rent is 320£ per calendar month and includes all the bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water, internet). One month deposit and a month's rent in advance.
We are looking for a tidy, non smoker and most importantly a friendly person who would get along well with the current housemates.
