We signed a 2 year lease, which ends in July 2025.

The house itself has a spacious living room/dining area - great for socialising.

The kitchen is modern and well kitted out with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine etc.

A bit about me - I am a ‘young professional’ as a Cost Consultant in the City. Currently spend half my week wfh and the other half in the office. I have lived in London for almost 6 years now (with this being the best place so far). When I’m not working or sleeping, I’m probably spending too much time/money drinking and eating (all the good stuff).

Matt - I’ve recently moved to London and work in event operations.
I’d love to say i’m really unique but I actually just spend most of my free time at the gym and watching football.

We’re very much the type of house to watch tv together, go out drinking together and have dinner and house parties together, so it would be great to have somebody who would fit this vibe!
