As it is a small room with single bed, this would suit someone who is in London either for short time or only needs accommodation for a set amount of days.

There is storage as well, if you want to pack your suitcase away, you are able to store it in the attic (no access given to tenant), the bed is an ottoman bed and hanging storage too.

Share of bathroom, kitchen, dining and garden (Living Room is not usable at the moment) is included in the cost and off-street parking is available as well. Bills included (gas, electric, water, wifi) but content insurance is your responsibility.

Excellent transport links to central London if travelling by public transport. Elizabeth line is a 10 minute walk away, (Heathrow Airport is nearly 30 minutes away). Central line (East Acton and North Acton), overground, mainline, all within easy walking distance. Bus stop for 95/ 260 (going into Shepherd's Bush either via White City or Uxbridge Road) literally minutes away. Bus 7, 70, 228, 272, 283 in East Acton, 10 minute walk.

Acton, Acton Town, Chiswick, Hammersmith, Shepherd's Bush, Ealing Common, Ealing Broadway, White City, Park Royal are all accessible either by public transport or walking.
