North Acton 2b2b (looking for a tenant replacement

I’m moving out and looking for a tenant replacement for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom.

Location: Just downstairs you’ll find Tesco and Sainsbury’s. It’s a 2-minute walk to Tiantian Supermarket and Fulai Supermarket, and a 1-minute walk to North Acton station for the Central Line. A 10-minute walk takes you to Acton Main Line station for the Elizabeth Line.

Rental period: From October/November 2024 to 31st Aug 2025 (move-in date negotiable, depending on how long the reference check process takes).

Rent: £1,025 per month excluding bills, internet, and council tax. Including bills, internet, and council tax, it totals just go over £1,200 a little bit per month.

Requirements: Females only, with good hygiene and living habits. If you are a professional, you need to pass a reference check ( annual salary is over 30 times the monthly rental fee)
