Short term let from August 18 until September 15

I have a large double room available from August 18 until September 15 The room is booked from September 15 onwards. If you would like this room for all or any of this period please let me know.

There is a possibility that I may have 3 other rooms coming available by September 1st that you could possible transfer to if desired. But no guarantees as I will not know for sure until the end of this week.

The room/ House is close to Acton Town station,

Newly refurbished house with garden, dishwasher, tumble dryer, extra soundproofing in all walls ceilings and floors, living room as well as everything else you would expect. I own the house, with no agents involved.

The room would suit a single non-smoking person who wants to live in a quiet, tidy, respectful and pleasant household.

It is a large, clean & fully furnished house with all mod cons and lots of natural light. The living room is spacious with comfortable furniture and the kitchen hen has all mod cons like fridge, freezer, microwave, and a washing machine etc.

Room excellent location for public transport: Acton Town Station under 2 mins walk this is an ideal place for anyone who needs to be in a close proximity to Central London and also wants to enjoy the great parks and cafes this area offers. There is also a Sainsbury's local only 2 minutes from the house for that last minute shopping. I always aim for a 6-month minimum let with an open-ended rolling contract from then on, but I understand that not everybody is able to commit to that at the start so I'm open to considering shorter lets.

Bills included as follow, water, gas, electricity, central heating TV-license, council tax. This is really hassle-free and you do not need to worry about bills

The room is in Acton Town. In a 3 bedroom house with a living room & garden. Piccadilly & District lines.
