Spacious double room available in Acton, in a 2 bedroom ground floor flat. This is a very lovely home where you would be sharing with only one person , myself.

The room comes with a double bed, dressing table with side draws, double wardrobe and large mirror.

The flat is very secure (has intercom system) and is located in a nice residential area.
The flat is newly furnished and has wooden floors throughout. It also has a large lounge/dining area and a separate large kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, oven, grill, gas hob, coffee machine, ninja blender).
You would be welcome to use any of these devices.

Transport: The closest station is Acton Central Overground which is 5 minutes walk away. Acton main line station is 10-15 minutes walk away and East acton station (central line) is 15 minutes walk away. There are easy bus links available at a short walk away that go to the above stations and also Wesfield Shepherds Bush, Ealing Broadway, Paddington, Hammersmith and Central London.

There are a number of gyms closeby and there is a Sainsburys local at walking distance as well as a Londis.

About me: I like keeping fit and am a member of the gym 10 minutes walk away. I enjoy going out from time to time but also enjoy having a quiet night in in front of the Tv. I also enjoy cooking and baking and am well known for my banana cake (very tasty) and curries.
I also enjoy going to the pub. The local is very nice and has tasty food (especially their Sunday roasts), I have been there on a number of occassions.

I am looking for a female housemate that is tidy, easy going, likes a chat now and again over a meal but also likes their quiet time. You are welcome to share the food I make.

Rent includes all bills (council tax, service charge, electricity, gas, water, tv licence, broadband).
