Double room ~ Acton

I'm Caroline a paediatric doctor. I've been working in London for the past 10 or so years but now I've started working shifts down in Poole on the South Coast. Because of this, I am often not in the house, and so potential lodgers will often have the place to themselves. Looking for Male/Female professional who's friendly, respectful, tidy, clean and easy going. Looking for someone who's up for a chat/glass of wine in the evenings when I'm around and who won't mind keeping an eye on things while I'm away.

In the area there is The Bollo pub a lovely local bistro pub with great food & a quiz night and Acton high street is very near - great for groceries & has good range of shops - easy to walk into chiswick in the evenings & tube / overground is mega close!

1100 includes everything (bills, fibre optic broadband, council tax, and a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks). It's a new-build first floor flat in The Acton Gardens development. It has double glazing, central heating, new kitchen appliances & 2 bathrooms. (Room to rent has ensuite bathroom). There's a large living room with outside sun-facing decking which has a BBQ for the summer, & there is direct access to the large communal garden. There is a parking space in the indoor car-park potentially available for rent separately, (but currently rented to another person) and a bike storage room. The room to rent is fully furnished & has internet and TV points.

There are very good transport links - Acton Town underground station is 10 mins walk, allowing quick access to Central London via the piccadilly line. Its just 2 mins walk to South Acton overground, which takes 20 minutes to Paddington via the Bakerloo line and you can also get to waterloo via Richmond in 45 minutes.
