Double Bedroom in the heart of Chiswick

I am looking for a professional house share with another person. The flat includes a shared living room and a dedicated parking space (I currently don’t have a car so feel free to use it). If that’s not a selling point, I also have a portable air con unit which you are free to use!

The flat is only an 8 minute walk to Chiswick Park tube station and is situated close to Chiswick high street.

The contract starts on the 11th May (I can cater for slightly earlier/later if need be) and lasts for a year, with the potential option to renew the tenancy after it has expired.

About me:
Originally from Newcastle, I am a 30 year old software engineer working in Victoria. I am currently in the office Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, working from home Tuesdays and Fridays. I have had a solo tenancy agreement for the past 6 months and have decided it’d be nice to have some disposable income (and a house mate bestie…) so am going back into house sharing!

If not at work I’m often out and about on weekends, occasionally travel back up to the land of eternal winter to visit family/friends when I can. I like to play tennis, and am trying to get back into running (if anyone’s up for a parkrun/jog in general at some point).
