Double room in spacious 4-bed with garden !

We are looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely home, just an 8 min walk away from Acton Town.

You will have a furnished double room and share a bathroom with two others (male and female). We also have a separate downstairs WC.

There is a massive living space downstairs compared to what you might find closeby, with a joint living room and kitchen and a garden that we like to maintain well. We have a dishwasher and washing machine and a projector for movie nights and sports.

There also may be a parking space available subject to the landlord agreeing.

The current housemates are all working professionals aged 26-31. We all get on well and enjoy each others company. We are respectful of each others lives and spaces but do like to have a laugh when we can!

Bills will come up to roughly £140/month though this tends to vary throughout the year - usually cheaper in summer.
