It's a 7 minute walk to Acton Town station for the District and Piccadilly lines. 20 min walk to Ealing Broadway (Central line and Elizabeth line). Buses towards Chiswick and Westfield.

There is a spacious living area and kitchen which is shared between 4 people.

You will be sharing a bathroom with two others and there is a WC available downstairs.

We are lucky to have a well maintained, private garden, ideal for barbecues, exercise and catching the sun!

There is off road parking available subject to landlords agreement.

The flat consists of four people who are all working professionals. There is a good mix between socialising and having your own private space. We occasionally have dinners out and gym together and we can't say no to a movie night now and then!

Please note deposit has historically been split by room size. As one of the bigger rooms in the house the deposit for this room is £1058 - spare room does not allow deposit to be listed greater than 5 weeks' of rent.

Bills vary throughout the year depending on usage. For combined water, gas, electric, council tax and WiFi it amounts to an average of roughly £140/month per person (shared equally).
