Located right next to Gunnesbury park with fantastic transport links (10 minute walk to Acton Town Station) lots of restaurants and shops nearby such as Sainsbury’s. A medical centre, pharmacy, hardware store and many more all within a 10 minute walking distance putting you at the heart of a vibrant community.
ALL UTILITY BILLS INCLUDED! A once off council tax contribution of £150 is required upfront as well as a holding deposit equivalent to one weeks rent should you wish to reserve the property!

The housemates are all working professionals and are very friendly. We all share a mutual respect for cleanliness and neatness of the property. Therefore I am also looking for someone who is clean and neat and respects the overall cleanliness of the house and the room.
