Bills: Between £100-140 per month (includes gas, electricity, internet, and water)

The room is very large and perfect for working from home, with a big table that easily accommodates two monitors and a laptop. It also comes with two wardrobes, a cupboard, and a private bathroom with plenty of storage.

The house boasts a massive kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, a cozy living room, and a garden ideal for relaxing or socializing.
This isn’t a party house, but we do enjoy spending time together, especially after work or on weekends. Everyone here is a professional with a typical workweek schedule.

Address: Gunnersbury Avenue, very close to Gunnersbury Park—a great spot for outdoor activities. M&S is just a 2-minute walk away, and there’s a Sainsbury’s near Acton Town tube station.
