We’ve got a newly refurbished room with a private ensuite available in our friendly shared home with two women and one very important cat 🐈

📍 Location perks:
• 6 min walk to the Piccadilly & District lines
• 4 mins from a big park and gym
• Easy access into central London while still feeling pretty relaxed and residential

The room comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.
💸 Rent is £850pcm excluding bills & council tax. Deposit is £850.
Minimum stay is 6 months.

A few practical bits:
• The room is on the top floor, so there are 3 flights of stairs
• Cleaner comes once a month for the shared areas/bathrooms
• Overnight guests are totally fine as long as everyone’s on the same page

A little about us:
🎮 Kate is a video game writer and a very proud nerd. Big fan of films, gaming, and hosting the occasional board game night in the flat.
🎥 Christina is a videographer and fellow cinephile who loves art galleries, cooking, and photography.

🐱 And then there’s Casper — the real star of the house. He’s a very sweet boy who had a bit of a rough start in life, so he can be nervous around new people at first. But once he gets to know you, he’s incredibly lovely and will quietly steal your heart.

We’d love to find someone creative, considerate, and easy to live with — someone who enjoys a kitchen, respects personal space, and would be up for the occasional flat dinner night.

Current housemates are in their 30s and the vibe at home is calm, cosy, and tidy rather than party-heavy.

Move-in date is July 1st.
