VIRTUAL OR IN PERSON VIEWINGS
Virtual viewing - super quick (15 minutes at most) via zoom where we show you a 3D tour of the property. This gives a really good feel for the space and quality of the place and also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions, such as about the other housemates.
In person viewings - if you prefer we can arrange an in person viewing straight away (or FaceTime viewing if you're unable to see it in person).
SINGLE OCCUPANT ONLY.
Price (fixed for 6 months):
--------
The room is priced at £770pcm excluding fixed bills of £100pcm so you'd be paying a total of £870pcm each month even in the winter.
We do not take a security deposit, instead we take the first and last months rent upfront.
COUNCIL TAX BAND F: On top of that, there is one time payment of £150 for a council tax contribution WHICH HAS BEEN WAIVED
Room 5:
------------
The room is large, bright and quiet. It comes furnished with a faux leather double bed (which has ottoman storage underneath), a chest of drawers, a mirrored wardrobe on top of this there's so much floor space for you to bring in a large desk and even more storage or a small sofa, you can really make this room homely. This would make it ideal for someone who works from home.
House:
---------
The house has lots of living space comprising a separate lounge with massive 8 seater corner sofa as well as dining table, there's also a reading area, and a large kitchen which also benefits from another dining table and all the mod cons. On top of this there are also good facilities such a a secure bike shed and two bathrooms and a large garden which is nice in the summer to relax in or even catch up on work and get some sun in at the same time.
We have supplied 350Mbps business broadband from VirginMedia and made sure that there is superior wifi signal throughout the house by installing a second router in the 1st floor hall way so everyone can enjoy Netflix, YouTube or working at the same time which is crucial if people are working from home. We can also supply wired broadband to your room if required (there will be a labour charge for this)
The Area:
-------------
Acton Town/Ealing Common is a lovely area, it’s nice and quiet with both Ealing Common and Gunnersbury Park nearby which is great for summer walks and getting some fresh air. You have Acton Town parade with some small local shops and you're not too far from Ealing Broadway or Acton Town which have more mainstream shops and restaurants.
