I am leaving London and need to move from this lovely en-suite room. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease. It's available from the 1st of November, 2024.

Room 5 is the largest in the house and it's on the first floor. The property is a Victorian house with a 10-12mins walk to Manor Park train station.

The kitchen comes fully fitted with x2 ovens, x2 gas hobs, x2 fridge freezers, x2 large washer dryers, x1 dishwasher and an integrated microwave and grill. There's plenty of storage space for groceries and utilities for each housemate.

All bills are included in the rent.

We currently have 5 lovely ladies staying in the house, all professionals.
