Explore one of East London's best-kept secrets. This well-equipped 1-bedroom flat sits in the heart of Aldersbrook — a peaceful, green pocket of the city that feels like a countryside while it's only 30min train journey from central London
Manor Park station is a 10-minute walk, putting Tottenham Court Road just 20 minutes away.

The flat is situated on the 2nd floor of a council block (no lift). It comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. We welcome everyone, but no parties please (smoking outside). There is an open balcony that amplifies sound and we don't want any disturbance for the neighbours.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a mattress topper, and the living room sofa pulls out into a comfortable double bed.
The kitchen is well-equipped with an airfryer, microwave, cooking utensils,
washing machine etc.

We're in a process os selling the property, hence only short term rent is available. Weekly rent is £350 all inclusive of bills and weekly cleaner.
