Description
Gorgeous room going in June in East London (Zone 3)
Ground floor flat with a HUGE living area and kitchen. Tons of natural light. Its a very quiet building and area with very lovely neighbors. The landlord is right across the hall for whenever anything comes up but is also very respectful. He's honestly the best one we've ever had.
The room itself is unfurnished but is a really great size and has enough space for a desk, double bed and wardrobe. There's a big bay window that can easily be turned into a reading nook too.
Some of the other furniture in the flat is also leaving with my outgoing roommate so if you have more pieces, there is absolutely space. We also have a large storage space on the property which is great for all the seasonal things and storing bicycles.
Rent is £800/month bills not included but are around £150 each. Council tax is Band C
Everything should be set up by the time you move in.
Looking for someone to move in by June 14th but can be flexible. HOPING TO SCHEDULE SOME VIEWINGS NEXT WEEK (May 11-14).
I'm not bothered by age or gender provided we get on and respect each others space. Also very happy to become pals and hang out if that's your vibe. *If you have pets, it's not a hard no but we will have to talk to the landlord about it. *
ABOUT ME:
I'm orginally from Montreal, Canada but have been in London for 4 years now and in this flat for 3. My flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend otherwise she would have stayed here as we've been very happy.
I'm in my thirties but don't really care much about age differences. I love the theatre and music and dancing. I also used to be a professional pastry chef so you are likely to get flatmate perks of surprise baked goods.
