Hi, I have a double room available in my home, which will suit a female professional or student who needs easy access to Canary Wharf, the City, Queen Elizabeth Park or West End.

The house is surrounded by Epping Forest green spaces, perfect for leisurely walks and other exercise, which has been the saviour for us during the last year!

The room is in a clean, quiet 4-bedroom home with a modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, including a water filter machine and your own fridge/freezer. You also have use of the dining room and large garden, which is well used by my cat too!

The room is light and spacious, with fitted wardrobes, desk, TV/DVD and high-speed fibre internet access. Towels and bed linen are provided All bills and a cleaner are included..

Wanstead, Leytonstone tube stations and Manor Park Overground are a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride away, all have easy access to Canary Wharf, the City, West End, Stratford and Hackney. If you have a car, there is parking outside the house, which is conveniently situated near to the North Circular, A12 and the M11.

As mentioned we are excellently located to Epping Forest, Wanstead Flats and Wanstead village, which has a vibrant village High Street, with a variety of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, all popular with local residents.....and hopefully all to be re-opening very soon!

We (and the family cat) are seeking a single, female professional or student, who would appreciate a quiet, clean and comfortable home environment and can respect others privacy. Pre-lockdown, we preferred to socialise outside and relax at home and would like someone who would do the same. It is essential that you are a non-smoker. No couples or sharers.

Mon-Fri lets happily considered, with rent re-negotiated!
