En-suite sublet at Hayloft Point KCL students only

I'm subletting my room at the student residence Hayloft Point from April 1st (flexible) until the end of the contract in June 22nd (there's a possibility to renew it for next year if you want to). The price is 315£ per week. Only available to King's College students. The residence is in an amazing location, 35min away from Strand (20 with the tube) and 25min from Guy's. It has a cinema, karaoke, gaming and study rooms as well as a gym and laundry room and it has only been open for two years so everything is really new.
