Urbanest City 4b2b Room, bills included, student

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Urbanest City (a postgraduate student accommodation), located near Tower Hill & Aldgate tube stations - less than a 5 min walk.

For shopping, there are Waitrose within 15 minutes walking and Sainsbury's as well as Asda within 25 minutes walking.

The rest of the lease runs from 6.22 until 9.7, and I'll be moving out at the end of June (6.22), so I need someone to take over. The time of lease is open for discussion.

It's £299.00 per week for a cosy non-ensuite on the 9th floor shared with other 3 friendly flatmates. It is equipped with a shared kitchen and 2 bathrooms for 4 people living in the ensuite.

The room is in a very nice modern building with a large comfy common room (which includes study rooms and printing facilities), a cafe downstairs and very friendly staff at the reception serving 24 hours - I highly recommend this accommodation!
