Double Room in Aldgate (Zone 1) - all bills inc!

Looking for a girl in their twenties to join us in our gorgeous E1 flat from July!

THE AREA:
The flat is in the 1 Prescot Street complex, in the middle of Aldgate / Zone 1. A 5 - 10 minute walk to Tower Bridge and St Katherine's docks (which has the best bars and restaurants) and next to so many tube stations (Tower Hill, Tower Gateway, Aldgate, and Aldgate East all within 7 mins). There are also two small Sainsburys, a Tesco, an Amazon Fresh, and a large Waitrose on the same road.

THE FLAT:
This is a double room with really high ceilings and huge windows, so loads of natural light. There's a huge triple wardrobe with a mirror, and the double bed also has extra storage within. There is also a shared kitchen and large refurbished family bathroom. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is also a 24 / 7 concierge in reception (which is super helpful for collecting parcels but also makes the area feel really safe!). All bills (including council tax) are included, with no additional fees beyond deposit, and furnishings include everything in the video (bed, wardrobe, table and chair...) which was taken really recently. Secure and allocated parking is also available for the flat at an extra cost - we just haven't needed this! The flat is on the fifth floor of the building (out of six - but there are two lifts!), and this makes it much lighter and quieter.

THE PEOPLE:
We are both young professional females working in the city (Bishopsgate / Liverpool Street area), and so have pretty standard 9-5 routines in the office most days, but do occasionally WFH (approx. one day a week). While we have our own friends in London, we do like a drink / brunch / picnic on the odd weekend as a flat, and definitely want to find someone who would be interested in that sort of thing too! We really enjoy living in a clean and sociable flat with good vibes (and a bit of Taylor Swift), so just want someone who is looking for the same thing :)
