Double room less than a 20 minute walk to the city

Our flatmate is moving out and It's time to find a replacement! Here are the details:

The flat
- 4th floor (lift)
- 4 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- Balcony
- Lovely kitchen/living room area
- TV
- Washer dryer
- Dishwasher (thank god)
- Bills not included and come between 100 and 140 (weekly cleaner included)

The room
- Double room
- On the smaller side but comes with underbed storage, a wardrobe and a pull down desk

Us
- All 3 of us are quiet, nice (we think) professional girls in our early 20s. We enjoy doing things as a flat and would love to meet someone we got along well with.

You
- We're preferably looking at women around our ages for this room
- Must be a working professional to rent with this landlord, there will be a reference and credit check
- The room is on the smaller side so not suitable for someone who works from home more than once or twice a week.
