One bedroom available in social flat in Aldgate

Hey there!

We've got a great-sized bedroom available in our 3-bed flat in Aldgate, available from the 15th November for a 12-month tenancy.

The room is £930 per month + bills (~£100pcm) and is the "Main Bedroom" as seen on the floor plan. It is the biggest bedroom in the flat and comes fully furnished with a double bed with under-bed storage, mattress, wardrobe, drawers and a bedside table. The furniture has now been moved around, which makes the space seem even bigger.

Communal spaces:
There's a large communal living room with a dining table, a kitchen with decent cupboard space and a gas hob, a separate toilet and shower room. Each room has underfloor heating which can be controlled individually. Just to note my current housemate will be taking some of the furniture in the living room but we hope to spruce it up a bit ourselves and with the help of a new flatmate!

Some of the pictures are from when we first moved in; the flat is obviously a bit more lived-in now.

Location:
We're super close to Aldgate East and Aldgate tube stations, both less than a 5 min walk. Liverpool Street Station is less than a 10 min walk away. There's also plenty of bus stops within 5 minutes too. We have a Tesco Express and a Sainsbury's Local a 3-minute walk away.

You’ll be replacing our flatmate who is moving in with their partner. We've lived in the flat for over 1.5 years now and love its’ location and great transport links. We're looking to do viewings this weekend, Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th, so we can get the paperwork out the way by the end of October.

A bit about us:
I'm Georgette (25 she/her), an HR Intern. I work from home twice a week, and I’m out some weekends but tend to spend my weekday evenings at the flat after a day of work. I enjoy cooking, exploring new London brunch places, watching tv shows and the occasional wine night in.

and I'm Georgie (27 she/her), I work for an educational charity. I love watching tv shows/films, playing video games, going to the pub, making cocktails and going to art galleries. I tend to work from home 3-4 times a week.

We also occasionally dog-sit a mini-dachshund named Neville Longbody.
