Hi,
I’m looking to sublet my ensuite room at Unite Students Drapery Place from 29th September 2025 until the lease end date on 26th October 2025 (10:00 am).
The room is part of a modern student accommodation with great facilities including a study area, laundry, gym, dance studio, and bike storage. There’s also a dedicated reception for support. The apartment is on the second floor and accessible by lift.
The property is well connected to central London, with Aldgate East and Aldgate stations nearby. You’ll also find a Sainsbury’s and Amazon Fresh right next to the building for added convenience.
The rent will need to be paid in full before moving in. Ideally, I’d like to sublet the room for the entire contract period, but I’m also open to the longest possible stay that works for you.
I have also attached the pictures of the room from the Unite students website to give you an idea of the room layout.
