Single Room in Aldgate | Furnished 3 Bedroom Flat

I am moving back home and need someone to take my place. Lovely people and home :)

Your future flatmates:
Hiromi works as a fashion designer. She's creative, social, enjoys going to the gym, cooking, and hanging out with friends.
Leon works in Investment banking. He is social, active and enjoys music & movies.
Everyone is quite social, usually we would chat together in evenings or have a meal together. Sometimes we do activities together on weekends when it fits.

The flat was originally unfurnished, so we’ve put a lot of effort and money into making it a comfortable, well-decorated space. I’ll be leaving my furniture behind for the next person with everything you need to move in right away. I'm asking for a one-time payment of 450gbp to cover all the furniture and items in the bedroom, living room and kitchen.

Included furniture and items:
-Bedroom : Bed, Mattress and frame, Bedside table, Shelves, storage boxes in closet, Carpet.
-Living Room: Carpet, Dining Table, Dining chairs, Lounge Chair, Sideboard, 2x side tables, coffee table.
-Kitchen: Cutlery, Plates, Pots, Pans, Cutting boards, etc. everything you would need in a kitchen.

Deposit:
The deposit is £1,154, as we split it equally among the three tenants regardless of room size (SpareRoom’s system doesn’t allow me to enter the full amount).

I have attached some photos of the bedroom for rent and the living room and kitchen for some impressions. The room itself is not incredibly large but its very cozy, you get a lot of sunlight and the built-in closet with the storage boxes that I'm leaving behind should fit all your clothes (I have quite a lot myself).
