I am renting out an ensuite double bedroom in Aldgate as my former flatmate has moved out after nearly 3 years.

About me:

I am a 28 year old professional working in the City and have been living here for nearly 3 years.

What I love about this flat is the ease with which you can get to anywhere in London and also the airport if you are travelling for holidays (Elizabeth Line station at Whitechapel is 12-15 mins away on foot).

What I am looking for:

I'll be looking for another young professional to be living with me who will find great value in a central city living location.

The room itself is very well furnished and has it's own bathroom with shower.

3 minute walk from Aldgate East station, 3 Tescos nearby (2 small, 1 big one), 1 Sainsbury's, 1 Amazon Fresh, 1 Waitrose (10-15 minute walk), 1 Nisa Local, 1 Macrofoodcenter, 2 Asian grocery stores. 3 minute walk from Brick Lane. Plenty of other good restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Multiple gym & fitness centre (Crossfit, boxing, etc) options in the immediate vicinity.

The flat is also a quick walk away from Spitalfields and in c.25-30 minutes you can walk to St Paul's.

I'm looking for someone to move in with me sometime in Jan 2026 ideally.
