KCL Urbanest City Room ｜Official Takeover

Hi! I’m looking for a female student to take over my room at Urbanest City, as I will be leaving London earlier than planned.

Available: 18 June – 12 September
Rent: £250 per week (all bills included)

Official takeover is only available for KCL postgraduate students. For non-KCL postgraduates, a private takeover is possible.

The flat is a 4-bed, 2-bathroom flat shared with 3 other female students. The bathroom is shared with one other flatmate (2 people sharing 1 bathroom), and it is kept clean and well maintained.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair and storage space. There is also a sink in the room, which makes daily use much more convenient. The kitchen is shared and includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge.

The room is on a high floor with lots of natural light during the day. The flat is quiet, clean and well maintained. The flatmates are friendly, tidy and respectful, and the shared spaces are kept clean.

Urbanest City has great facilities, including 24-hour reception, parcel collection, common room, study space, free printing, laundry room, bike storage and lifts.

The location is very central and convenient — around 5 minutes’ walk to Aldgate and Tower Hill stations, and about 15 minutes to Liverpool Street. Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Boots and several Asian supermarkets are all nearby.
