Single Room in Aldgate | Furnished 3 Bedroom Flat

I am moving flats and need someone to take my place. Lovely people and home :)

Your future flatmates:
Alek works as a consultant. He's creative, social, enjoys going to the gym, cooking, and hanging out with friends.
Fraser works as a visual engineer. He is social, loves photography and enjoys music & movies.
Everyone is quite social, usually we would chat together in evenings or have a meal together. Sometimes we do activities together on weekends when it fits.

The flat was originally unfurnished, so we’ve put a lot of effort and money into making it a comfortable, well-decorated space. I’ll be leaving my furniture behind for the next person with everything you need to move in right away including a mattress.

Deposit:
The deposit is £1,154, as we split it equally among the three tenants regardless of room size (SpareRoom’s system doesn’t allow me to enter the full amount).

I have attached some photos of the bedroom for rent and the living room and kitchen for some impressions. The room itself is not incredibly large but its very cozy, you get a lot of sunlight and the built-in closet with the storage boxes that I'm leaving behind should fit all your clothes (I have quite a lot myself).

There are two bathrooms in the flat, you would be sharing one with one of the other tenants. Furthermore, there is a seperate laundry room with in-unit washer and dryer.
