Bright Double Room in Sociable Flat!

We are looking for someone to move into our lovely three bed house in Tower Hamlets! Sadly one of us is moving onto pastures new on the 25th September, and we are on the hunt for someone to fill his wonderful double room! A bit about the house:

LOCATION:
Halfway between Shadwell Overground and Limehouse DLR stations, the transport links are excellent. On top of that, the house is so centrally located, that it is very easy to walk into the centre, with Shoreditch about half an hour walk, and tower bridge about the same. The Thames is a stones throw away, mile end park is very near and there are plenty of amenities close by.

HOUSE:
The house has everything in working order. There are two toilets, one separate shower/bath, a sizable kitchen and a very sizable living room. The room you'll be moving into has a double bed, desk, chair (the house is furnished), and absolutely loads of storage space. The landlord is very on it, and issues are sorted quickly. Bills are additional, and are about £100 a month.

FLATMATES:
You'll be living with Patrick and Toby, both 26. Patrick mostly works from home and Toby mostly works in the office. Patrick works for the NHS, is a textile artist and writer in his spare time. He loves Alexander McQueen, Judee Sill, and trying (and failing) to convince people to watch The Wire. Toby is a civil servant who enjoys weekend trips, boardgames, and a good old spontaneous mid-week pub visit. We both love music and have very active gig calendars, love going to Close-Up or Prince Charles Cinemas, and put up with the misfortunes of Norwich City FC. Also big on mini Weetabix. Cliche stuff, but we are both sociable people who also enjoy time to ourselves and are good at picking up on when others need that too. We want to foster an inclusive, sociable, friendly, fun and respectful house where people can be comfortable, open and have a lovely time!!
