We're looking for a good manner's person who will treat the place more like a home than just a house. And is able to CLEAN properly after himself WELL.

We like to go out and have fun, but we are also tidy and like to chill out during the week.

The room it's very spacious with double bed, double wardrobe, desk and chair.

Room is available from 25 March to 7th May.

The original price of the room is £245 a week and deposit £1100.
I'll be charging just £210 a week since I would like to have someone on the room till my new flatmate moves in on the May 8th.
