En Suite Room in warehouse conversion

We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our industrial style warehouse conversion in East London.

The Flat
Located just a 5 minute walk from Aldgate East Station and around 15 minutes from Liverpool Street. The E1 postcode offers excellent transport links across London. The flat has a relaxed, homely feel and is well maintained. It is very much a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

The Room
A large double bedroom with a private en suite bathroom. Generously sized for London. Some furniture remains from the previous housemate if required, otherwise the room can be unfurnished.

Costs
In addition to rent, bills are approximately £250 to £300 per person per month. This includes council tax, electricity, fibre broadband, and a weekly cleaner.

The deposit is held with the landlord under the standard deposit protection scheme.

About Me (Steven)
I am clean, respectful of privacy, and enjoy meeting new people and travelling when possible. I am a gay guy, if that matters, and ideally looking for someone with a similar mindset. Someone who enjoys the occasional glass of wine or a movie night in, while also valuing a calm and relaxed home environment.
