- To get to Canary Wharf: 15 minutes (10 minutes walk to Whitechapel, plus 5 minutes/ 1 stop on Elizabeth line).

12 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station.
10 minutes walk to Tower Bridge, Thames riverside, St Katharine's Dock.
5 minutes walk to Brick Lane, 10minutes to Shoreditch & Spitalfields market.

BILLS are extra: council tax, electricity, and fibre internet. Spilt 50/50 for each room, it works out as approx £120 per person per month.
