Great room in large central apartment

Hey there,

We are looking for a replacement to take over my room as I will be leaving London soon.

The room is very large and furnished, looking onto the backyard. The flat has a large living room with balcony and is on the second floor of a relatively new building with concierge. Washing machine and dish washer are in the flat.

The flat is located within walking distance of major transport lines and some of the great spots London has to offer (2min to Aldgate East, 5min to Aldgate, 5min to Commercial Street / Shoreditch and a 12min walk to the City).

We are looking for someone nice and tidy, who might enjoy the occasional talk or drink together.

You would be living with a great flatmate - professional back at King's for her masters, easy-going and a nice person to have around!

The fine print:
Flat available from April 2019. Decision on new flatmate will be made asap.
The rent is 945£ per month, with that you need to add approx. £130 for council taxes, utilities and cleaning lady (bi-weekly, might change to weekly - up for discussion).
