The room has been recently refitted with new carpet, furniture, fittings and furnishings. It’s part of a stylish warehouse conversion 2 bed 2 bath flat, a short walk from Aldgate east tube (district, H&C), Whitechapel tube (Elizabeth line), Brick lane, and the City.

You’ll be joining a professional single guy. I’m looking for a weekday lodger who doesn’t work from home.

The room is ideal for City or Shoreditch workers who need a comfortable central London room in the week but don't want to live out of hotels, and would like somewhere they can keep their personal items!

What I'm looking for:
The room is available for 4 nights a week (ie mon-thurs inclusive) but not at the weekends. It has a TV, appliances, etc in the room. I'm looking for someone clean, tidy and chill in the week. The bedroom and bathroom are yours, and you're welcome to use the kitchen and laundry in the rest of the flat, but please no guests.

It's available from 1 Feb for a minimum of 2 months, and then on an ongoing basis.

About me:
I work in the public sector, hybrid working at the moment. I’m quiet, tidy and fairly low key in the week. Outside of work, I enjoy getting out into the countryside for some hikes, travelling, theatre, exhibitions, trying new restaurants... basically taking advantage of everything that London has to offer!
