*Refurbished Flat*Double Room Ensuite

Hi all! At the end of November my flatmate is leaving our beautiful flat in Aldgate East (10min walk from Tower Bridge, Liverpool St, and perfect for whoever works in the City) and I’m looking for a considerate, polite and clean person that would like to join me in order to renew the contract for at least one more year (probably 6 months break clause). It’s not a party flat, sometimes I like to have a couple friends over for dinner, or parents coming from Italy (you would enjoy good food). The flat is refurbished and in perfect condition, there is a cleaner once every 2 weeks and also a beautiful communal rooftop. The space is perfect for 2 people, there are 2 bathrooms (a big one and the ensuite one in your room), a living with an open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and microwave incl.)and two bedrooms (yours has 2 big build-in wardrobes floor to ceiling).
The area is well connected and has all the amenities close by. Zone 1. I need to let the landlord know asap if I want to renew the contract (which I’d love to!).
