The house has a big and homie living room, big kitchen fully equipped, a full bathroom plus extra toilet downstairs. We also have a big backyard which we mainly use during hot seasons.

House is located 8/10 min walk from either Whitechapel or Aldgate East Station, so you have direct connection with Elizabeth, District, Circle and Hammersmith Lines plus overground. Few Tescos 5 min walk plus a big Sainsburys 10 min walk from home. Brick Lane, restaurants and gyms all walking distance.

Weekly cleaner included on the rent!!!

Currently the tenants who live in this house are from Spain (2), France and Japan.

This is a house of professionals. We are not party animals so we are looking for someone more relax in that sense. We all have a good relationship with each other as same as we like our own privacy.

We’re looking for someone chill, respectful and considerate with the common areas and noises as it is a big house, being around at late hours can impact in others.

The room is ONLY for single use.
