A fantastic and rare opportunity for a double bedroom with own bathroom is currently available in our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom trendy warehouse conversion at Aldgate East (E1).

The bedroom is fitted with a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe and is furnished with a double bed and 2 bedside tables (but the room can be unfurnished if necessary.) The shared washing machine and dryer are located in the accompanying bathroom.

The flat is perfectly located in the heart of East London with easy access to the City, Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Tower Bridge. The area is well serviced with transport links all over London - multiple tube stations and bus routes are within a 10-minute walking distance. It is a stone’s throw from the amenities of Goodman’s Fields, which includes many restaurants and pubs, a Curzon Cinema, New GP/Pharmacy facilities, Tian Tian Market, a Sainsbury’s and an Amazon Fresh. There are also many gyms, 3 Tescos, a giant Sainsbury’s, and a Waitrose located within a 10 minute walk proximity.

We are two 30-something gay male professionals looking for a third male flatmate to complete our fabulous trifecta. One is a mid 30s fierce Creative Director in e-commerce originally from San Francisco who loves to cook, dance, laugh, travel, and karaoke for his life! The other is a professional working in property management from the EU whose main hobbies include socialising with friends, learning languages, travel and Japanese art. Just like us, we are looking for the third addition to be friendly, social, easy-going and tidy. Although our work schedules keep us fairly busy during the week, we do enjoy catching up over dinner or having the odd drink or 3 together when we can (we’re loved regulars at our local pub!) The room is best suited for somebody looking to move into a flat they want to proudly call home and not just a place to sleep.

The room is available from Thursday 14th July 2022. Bills (including council tax (Band F), TV license, utilities, broadband and potentially a cleaner) are excluded from the rent and are on average £128 per month per person. When the tenant moves in the July rent (£435) and a 5-week security deposit (£865) will be payable. In addition, we will require contact info for 2 references (i. e. previous landlord, employer, etc.)
