The flat has 5 rooms with 2 seperate showers and 2 toilets and a spacious kitchen with diner area (all newly done up).

With fire alarms and fire doors and other safety and security features in each and every room. Door lock on each and every room doors.

It’s close to Shadwell and Aldgate East Station and close to Tower Bridge too.

All rooms comes with the following:-
1. A double bed for double rooms (the mattresses are very good mattresses, they will be firm and not cheap mattresses). Brand new bed and mattresses.

All rooms will have a wardrobe
All rooms will have a chest drawer
All rooms will have a sturdy folding desk
All rooms will have a folding chair

The property has washer and dryer (washing machine and drying clothes too).

We are looking for 5 professionals or 5 well behaved students.
We prefer mature people please (not mature as in age wise, but mature as in no party and no loud noises and respectful).
