Double Bedroom Next to Aldgate East Station

Hi! Our Korean flatmate is leaving the UK so we're looking for a new flatmate (03 Nov).

The flat is next to Aldgate East station, 5 mins walk to Aldgate Station, and 12 mins walk to Liverpool Street. The location is really fantastic, with loads of coffee shops and restaurants around.

We are a professional couple, I work in the city and my partner works internationally; he travels 1/4 of the year. For some months, half of the time he won't be here. We are chill and keep it to ourselves most of the time. We use our en-suite bathroom, so you will have your own bathroom shower, we don't use the main bathroom that much. We have been living in this apartment for some time, so we have all the equipment you'd need in a flat. I don't think you'll need anything apart from bringing your own clothes and stuff!

We are looking for a housemate that's working or studying, and is mindful of noise and keeping a clean space. We are not unreasonable about socialising, bringing people over, and having a good time but we are not really into heavy drinking and partying.
