Really great location between Aldgate East and Whitechapel!! Central, close to everything in London, hip east side. Walking distance to Shoreditch and Brick Lane - great food options.

Super convenient - grocery store (big Tesco) 1 minute walk away with 3 more within 5 min walk. Walk into the City of London and few mins walk from 3 tube stations (Aldgate, Aldgate East, Whitechapel) - connecting you to District, Hammersmith & City, Circle, Met line, and Elizabeth - to go anywhere. This area is ranked the most well connected borough in all of London :)

Really huge gorgeous house (everyone has their own bathroom!) and the common area is really nice. We have the biggest (and nicest!) flat in the building, on the top floor, encompassing two floors (6 and 7). 24/7 security in the building with bike storage.

We have 3 private balconies in the common area and access to a massive private rooftop terrace across the 7th floor (shared with only 5 other properties). Basically 360 degrees wrapped balconies all along the flat.

Biweekly cleaner that does my room in addition to common areas.

Room is spacious and large with your own ensuite... comfy, the heating is fantastic in the room for those cold winters. The upstairs living room/lounge is cold because it is such a huge space and has floor to ceiling windows. But it's beautiful!

4 room house - ages 23, 26, 30, one master's student in intl policy and otherwise young professionals working in interesting domains in central London. Very nice and fun people, really chill and laid back :)

- must be clean, neat, respectful
- no parties/people over all the time

I've discounted the price from my own rent which is roughly £1300. Would also give a discount for the holiday period if you take it in December!
