I'm going back to New Zealand for an extended holiday and need somebody to fill my room during this time. The flat is super close to shops and has easy access to multiple tube stations.
The room is very large and furnished with a bed, desk, drawers and a wardrobe. The room also has a private ensuite with a shower and toilet.
The apartment is large and has a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Both flatmates are young professionals, working in Law and Music. We all socialize often in our living space. The flat is clean and tidy, and the area is reasonably quiet.
Looking for a clean, tidy person.
Total rent would be £1200 per calendar month plus bills (£200)
