Description

Since I will be leaving London, I am looking for someone to take over my spacious double room with private bathroom in a large 3-bed duplex flat near Brick Lane/Spitalfields Market.
The flat comes with a lot of great amenities:
- Reception/concierge service 24/7
- Gym for residents for only 30 pounds per year (!), including spa area with sauna and jacuzzi
- DeLonghi coffee machine, and many other kicthen appliances including a dish washer
- TV and sound system, as well as gaming set up
- Patio with park view

The room is furnished (bed, desk, dresser, nightstand, wall closet) and has large windows that let in a lot of light. The private bathroom has a good size and a walk in shower.
The common area consists of a large living and dining area (the dining table easily seats 8 - or sometimes more), also equipped with TV and space for the laundry rack. There's also access to a patio where you can sit in the sun and safely store your bike. The fully equipped kitchen (incl. dish washer, oven etc.) has another seating area. Then there is a toilet room, where we also keep the washing machine/dryer and the iron and ironing board.

There are two flat mates who will stay in the apartment. They are both male and Italian. One of them is a chef and the other works in finance. Both are very open minded, active, always up for a chat, and happy to do activities together (going for drinks/dinner, bike rides, exploring London).

The location of the flat has many advantages. By foot you can quickly walk into the City, Brick Lane is only 2 mins away, Spitalfields Market (10 mins) is in the area, and its note far to get into Shoreditch either. There are 4 tube/train stations within 15 minutes walking distance: Aldgate East (2 min), Aldgate (10 min), Whitechapel (10 min), and Liverpool Street Station (15 min). This gives you access to no less than 5 tube lines, the Elizabeth line, and the Overground. Plus Liverpool Street Station has the Stansted Express, making for a quick journey to Stansted Airport (Ryanair etc.). City Airport is also only 30 mins away by tube.

Another advantage of the flat is the good and direct relationship with the landlord. No agency or anything involved. Whenever there is any issue, we get directly in touch with them and things get fixed in a couple of days.
