The flat is super close to the tube, 2 mins walk away, has an awesome balcony and I know the landlord and he is a really lovely guy who is part of the rare breed of good landlords!
About me- I am a fairly social guy in my mid 20's, I am working in tech in Shoreditch, around a 12 min walk from the flat.
In terms of what I am looking for, I am fairly flexible, but would be keen for someone social and likeminded.
