I am looking for a flatmate in this huge 2 bed 2 bath property with a spacious backyard from 22 October.

2 min from Aldgate East station (District, Hammersmith and City, and Circle Line)
10 mins from Whitechapel station (Elizabeth, Overground, District and Hammersmith and City lines)
8 min walk to Aldgate Station (Metropolitan and Circle Line)

2 mins walk to Brick Lane
10 mins walk to Shoreditch
15 mins walk to Liverpool street

Proximity to Elizabeth line makes going in and out of central london very seamless experience and all lines at both Aldgate East and Whitechapel stations have ACs as well to beat the summer heat!

The flat has a spacious living room, big kitchen and a huge patio that is great for hosting people. Kitchen has tons of counter space for all your appliances and comes with a brand new fridge, brand new washer and dryer combo, a dishwasher and a full electric oven and stove too. The washer/dryer is very good and dries clothes perfectly so there is never a need to hand dry clothes or iron them.

In terms of furniture, the house comes with a big couch with inbuilt recliners, a 4 person dining table with chairs set and a table in the backyard as well!

Your bedroom is big enough for a double bed, desk for working from home, comes with two wardrobes (one built in), your own bathroom with shower and private entrance to the backyard.

The building is very secure with a call box that links via an app to your phone so you can let in delivery drivers while you are in the office or away from home. Building also has access to a concierge that store all packages, so you never have to worry about packages being stolen. Building also comes with a full gym with all the main machines, squat racks, dumbbells and weights and is free to access all year round as part of your lease. I have been living in this flat for the past year and my flatmate is moving out so I am looking for someone else to renew the lease with. There are no agents involved, I am in direct contact with the landlord who manages everything so I am looking for someone to jointly sign the lease with me.

The lease will be 12 months.

I am very easy and sociable person so looking for someone similar who can also respect privacy. Cleanliness is super important to me. I am not anal about it but want someone who can cleanup after themselves and keep the shared spaces relatively clean especially the kitchen.

I am also gay so ofc you have to be okay with that.
